The Solution: Joe was engaged by Telkonet to assist EarthLink with their on-site marketing of the service. Joe refined the brochure copy, developed branded packaging for the modems, and developed a custom "data jack flag" for use in EarthLink-powered apartments.

The Challenge: EarthLink partnered with Telkonet in 2006 to trial a new form of high-speed Internet over an apartment’s power lines. EarthLink had some collateral in place, but the copy did not convey the true benefits of the service. The packaging for the necessary powerline modems had not yet been developed. In addition, EarthLink was looking for a way to drive new residents to the service upon move-in.
